  • Time and space to center, nurture awareness and grow personal insight through creative experiences. For example, recently bereaved can engage in a grief mask workshop or small book arts project to celebrate the life lost.

  • These in-depth classes provide safe and nurturing experiences for specific populations undergoing unique challenges from grief and loss, to illness and hospice.

  • Enhance informal gatherings with friends through a creative experience from small prints to group mandalas. No prior art experience necessary.

All classes and workshops emphasize self-expression. No prior art related experience is necessary to benefit from the creative exercises.
